These drawings were done by gridding a map and then transferring the footprints of the existing buildings to another grid drawn in perspective (faster & easier than it sounds) to ensure proper placement of buildings, roadways and shoreline. Drawings like these can be used as first step presentation to get ideas approved before moving on to more technically accurate ( but slower and more expensive) CAD renditions. The next 8 drawings are variations on what might be done on the land by building a bridge between NJPAC and the river. Done for Edwards & Kelcey Inc. (now Jacobs).Sunday, June 14, 2009
